Classic Spaghetti Carbonara

Prepare your ingredients by chopping the pancetta and grating the cheese. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for cooking the pasta.

Ground pork

Cook the spaghetti

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

Prepare the sauce

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and fry the ground pork until crispy. Remove from heat.

Mix eggs and cheese

In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese until smooth.

Drain the pasta, then quickly add it to the skillet off the heat. Pour in the egg and cheese mixture, stirring quickly to create a creamy sauce.
