Classic Spaghetti Carbonara
Prepare your ingredients by chopping the pancetta and grating the cheese. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for cooking the pasta.
Ingredients:
Cook the spaghetti
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
Prepare the sauce
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and fry the ground pork until crispy. Remove from heat.
Mix eggs and cheese
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Combine all ingredients
Drain the pasta, then quickly add it to the skillet off the heat. Pour in the egg and cheese mixture, stirring quickly to create a creamy sauce.

Serve your Carbonara immediately topped with extra cheese and black pepper. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat gently.
