Boiled Beet and Bean Salad
Prepare your ingredients by washing the beets and peeling the garlic. Gather all necessary equipment like a pot and a mixing bowl.

Boil the Beets
In a pot, cover the beets with water and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30-40 minutes until tender. Drain and let them cool before peeling.
Prepare the Beans
While the beets are boiling, rinse and drain the canned beans. Set them aside in a mixing bowl.
Combine and Dress the Salad
Once the beets are cool, chop them into bite-sized pieces and add to the beans. Mince the garlic and add it, along with lemon juice and olive oil. Toss everything together to combine.
