Broccoli and Cheese Egg Bake
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with butter.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Broccoli
Chop the broccoli into small florets and steam them until they are tender, about 4-5 minutes. Set aside.
Mix the Egg Mixture
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the steamed broccoli and mix well.
Assemble and Bake
Pour the broccoli and egg mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and add small pieces of butter. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden.

Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving. You can garnish it with fresh herbs like parsley or basil. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving again.
