Spinach and Cheese Omelette
Gather all your ingredients: butter, spinach, eggs, and cheese. Make sure you have a non-stick skillet ready for cooking.
Ingredients:
Sauté the Spinach
In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the spinach and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Omelette
In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. Add the sautéed spinach and mix. Return the skillet to the heat, pour in the egg mixture, and cook until the edges start to set.
Add Cheese and Finish Cooking
Sprinkle the cheese over half of the omelette. Once the bottom is set and the top is slightly runny, carefully fold the omelette in half and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Enjoy!
Serve the omelette immediately with a side of toasted bread or a fresh salad. You can also garnish with additional cheese or herbs if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
