Vegan Mushroom and Asparagus Stir-Fry
Gather all your ingredients and prepare your vegetables by washing and cutting them as needed.

Prepare Vegetables
Wash and chop the mushrooms and asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic for added flavor.
Heat and Stir-Fry
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then, add mushrooms and asparagus, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Season and Serve
Add soy sauce and black pepper to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and serve hot.
