Flatten the chicken breasts for even cooking and have all ingredients ready for a quick cook.

Prepare the Chicken

Season the flattened chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Cook Chicken Breasts

Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Make the Piccata Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter and add broth, lemon juice, and capers. Stir together and bring to a simmer.

Serve the Chicken Piccata

Return the chicken to the skillet to coat in the sauce. Serve garnished with cilantro.
