Make sure you have all your ingredients ready and preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).

Ingredients:

Flour
300 grams
Tomato
150 grams
Olive oil
10 grams
Basil

Prepare the Dough

Flour
300 grams

In a mixing bowl, combine 300g of flour, 5g of salt, and water. Knead until smooth, then let it rise for 30 minutes.

Add Toppings

Tomato
150 grams
Olive oil
10 grams

Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray. Spread 150g diced tomatoes mixed with 10ml olive oil, then top with 100g shredded mozzarella.

Bake and Serve

Basil
10 grams

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Finish with fresh 10g basil on top.

Enjoy!

Slice and serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top. Store leftovers in the fridge, wrapped well, for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
