Creamy Mushroom Risotto

Gather all your ingredients and prepare your broth in a saucepan. Chop mushrooms and onion finely.

100 grams
Butter
30 grams
Broth
300 ml
Onion
50 grams
Parmesan

Sauté Vegetables

Mushrooms

Onion
50 grams

In a pan, melt half the butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.

Cook Rice

Rice

Broth
300 ml

Add the rice to the pan, stirring to coat it in the butter. Pour in some broth, allowing the rice to absorb it slowly. Stir frequently, adding more broth as needed until creamy and al dente.

Finish with Cheese

Once the rice is cooked, stir in the remaining butter and Parmesan until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
