Panna Cotta

Soften gelatin in cold water and measure out your ingredients. Prepare molds for the panna cotta.

Mix the Ingredients

In a saucepan, combine cream, sugar, and vanilla. Heat until sugar dissolves. Add softened gelatin, stirring until fully dissolved.

Set and Chill

Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Prepare the Berry Sauce

Blend berries with sugar and strain if desired. Pour over the panna cotta before serving.

Enjoy!

Serve chilled with a berry sauce drizzled on top. Garnish with mint leaves if desired. The panna cotta can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
