Classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and prepare all the ingredients before starting to cook.
Ingredients:
Cook the Pasta
Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
Prepare the Sauce
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced garlic. Sauté until golden, then add the cooked pasta. Toss well and add reserved pasta water to create a sauce.
Finish and Serve
Mix in chopped parsley and grated Parmesan. Adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve warm.
