Quick Chinese Chicken Stir Fry

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and chop the broccoli and bell pepper into manageable chunks. Mince the garlic.
Cook Chicken and Veggies
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and garlic, stirring frequently, for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Add Sauce and Finish
Pour the soy sauce into the stir fry and toss everything together to coat evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
