In a large bowl, coat the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Prepare the Garlic Lemon Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the juice of one lemon and remove from heat. Pour the sauce over the fried wings and toss to coat evenly.

In a bowl, thinly slice the cabbage and toss it with honey and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix well and let it sit for about 10 minutes to soften slightly. Serve the slaw next to the wings.
