Chicken Breast with Broccoli Stir-Fry

Prepare your ingredients by washing the broccoli and slicing the chicken breast into thin strips. Mince the garlic and slice the onion.

Sauté the Chicken



In a wok or large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then add the chicken breast strips, cooking until browned and fully cooked, roughly 7-8 minutes.
Add Vegetables


Add the onion and broccoli to the skillet, stir-frying for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Finish with Sauce


Remove from heat and stir in the soy sauce, mixing well to coat the chicken and vegetables evenly. Serve immediately.
