Cherry and Chicken Stir-Fry
Prepare your ingredients beforehand by cutting the chicken into strips, pitting the cherries, and chopping the garlic and ginger. Gather all your ingredients to make the process smooth!
Ingredients:
Sauté the chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute. Then, add the chicken strips. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Add vegetables and cherries
Stir in the cabbage and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted. Then, add pitted cherries and soy sauce. Stir everything together and cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
Enjoy!
Serve hot over rice or noodles for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped scallions for added flavor and presentation.
