Shrimp Stir-Fry

Gather all ingredients and prepare a large skillet or wok for cooking.

Prepare the Ingredients



Peel and devein the shrimp. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
Cook the Shrimp


Heat a tablespoon of sunflower oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, approximately 3-4 minutes.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Add the minced garlic and broccoli to the skillet with shrimp. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Add Soy Sauce
Pour the soy sauce over the shrimp and broccoli. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional minute.
Enjoy!
Serve the stir-fry hot, garnished with sesame seeds. It pairs well with jasmine rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
