Stir-Fried Bok Choy and Cauliflower with Garlic

Gather all your ingredients and utensils. Wash the bok choy and cauliflower thoroughly. Prepare garlic by peeling it and having a knife and cutting board ready.

Wash the bok choy and cauliflower, then chop the cauliflower into florets and cut bok choy into strips.
Sauté Garlic


In a hot pan, heat sunflower oil and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir-Fry the Veggies



Add the chopped cauliflower and bok choy to the pan with garlic. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender yet crisp. Add soy sauce in the last minute of cooking.
