Start by preparing your ribs and preheating your grill or oven for indirect heat cooking.

Prepare the Ribs

Rub the pork ribs with olive oil, minced garlic, and sugar. Allow to sit for 30 minutes to absorb flavors.

Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on the grill or in the oven at a low temperature (around 150°C) for about 4-5 hours until they are tender.

Finish on High Heat

Increase the heat for the last 15 minutes to caramelize the sugars and create a nice crust on the ribs.
