Creamy Ricotta and Spinach Stuffed Shells
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and cook the shell pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
Ingredients:
Cook and Prepare the Pasta
Boil the shell pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside. Spread some tomato sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
Make the Filling
In a bowl, combine ricotta, cooked spinach, salt, pepper, and half of the parmesan. Mix thoroughly.
Stuff and Bake
Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in the baking dish. Top with remaining tomato sauce and parmesan. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
Enjoy!
Serve the stuffed shells hot and garnish with extra parmesan and fresh basil. Store leftovers in an airtight container and enjoy within 2 days.
