Start by boiling water in a large pot, seasoning it with a generous amount of salt before adding the pasta.

Cook the Pasta

Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.

Prepare the Sauce

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add finely sliced garlic and red chili pepper, cooking until golden brown.

Combine and Serve

Add the drained pasta to the pan, mixing with the garlic oil. If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency. Finish with chopped parsley.
