Mango Mousse
Soak the gelatin in cold water to soften before starting the mousse preparation.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Mango Puree
Blend the mango flesh with sugar until smooth. Heat a small portion to dissolve softened gelatin, then mix it into the puree.
Whip the Cream and Combine
In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture until fully combined.
Chill and Serve
Pour the mousse into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
