Classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and prepare your ingredients beforehand to save time.
Ingredients:
Cook the Pasta
Add spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Prepare the Garlic Oil
In a separate pan, heat olive oil over low heat. Add thinly sliced garlic and chili pepper, cooking until the garlic turns golden.
Combine and Serve
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the garlic oil. Toss to coat and serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
