Classic Spaghetti Aglio E Olio
Start by boiling water in a large pot and prepare a pan for sautéing. Ensure all your ingredients are ready before you begin the cooking process.

Cook the Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
Sauté Garlic
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add thinly sliced garlic and cook until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
Combine and Serve
Add the cooked pasta to the pan with garlic, toss well, and adjust the consistency using reserved pasta water. Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
