Activate the yeast in warm water, prepare your baking surface, and preheat your oven to the highest setting.

Prepare the Dough

Flour

Olive oil
15 grams

Mix flour, yeast, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and olive oil. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 30 minutes.

Roll Out the Dough

Tomato

Cheese
150 grams
Basil
5 grams

Once risen, punch the dough down and roll it out on a floured surface until thin.

Assemble the Pizza

Spread the crushed tomatoes on the base, add cheese slices, and sprinkle basil leaves.

Bake the Pizza

Transfer to a hot pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
