Margherita Pizza
Activate the yeast in warm water, prepare your baking surface, and preheat your oven to the highest setting.
Ingredients:
Prepare the Dough
Mix flour, yeast, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and olive oil. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
Roll Out the Dough
Once risen, punch the dough down and roll it out on a floured surface until thin.
Assemble the Pizza
Spread the crushed tomatoes on the base, add cheese slices, and sprinkle basil leaves.
Bake the Pizza
Transfer to a hot pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.

Slice the pizza and serve hot, drizzled with olive oil and additional basil. Ideal alongside a fresh salad, and leftover pizza can be stored in the fridge for 3 days.
