Chicken Parmesan Bake

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it with butter.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast
500 grams
Parmesan
100 grams
Tomato
200 grams
Butter
30 grams

Prepare chicken and sauce

Chicken breast
500 grams
Parmesan
100 grams
Tomato
200 grams

Cut chicken breast into fillets and season with salt and pepper. Arrange in a baking dish, then top with sliced tomatoes and half of the Parmesan.

Add breadcrumb topping

Parmesan

Butter
30 grams

In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and the remaining Parmesan. Spread over chicken, then bake until golden and chicken is cooked through.
