Spicy Chickpea Stir-Fry

Gather all your ingredients and chop the bell pepper and chili pepper. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.

Ingredients:

Olive oil

Garlic

Bell pepper

Spinach
50 grams
Chili pepper
10 grams
Soy sauce

Sauté the Chickpeas

In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and then the chickpeas. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to turn golden.

Add Vegetables

Bell pepper
100 grams

Add minced garlic and chopped bell pepper to the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.

Incorporate Spinach

Spinach
50 grams

Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Chili pepper
10 grams
Soy sauce
15 ml

Add chopped chili pepper and soy sauce. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes to mix flavors.
