Cook pasta according to package instructions. Prepare all ingredients to be ready for quick mixing.

Cook the Pasta

100 grams

In a large pot, boil salted water and add pasta, cooking until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water and drain.

Fry Pork Belly

In a skillet, cook the pork belly until crispy, then remove from heat.

Mix and Serve

In a bowl, beat eggs and mix with grated parmesan. Combine with hot pasta, adding reserved water gradually to create a creamy sauce. Toss in crispy pork and season with black pepper.

Serve immediately, garnished with extra parmesan and black pepper. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for a day in the fridge.
