Creamy Spinach and Tofu Pasta
Gather all your ingredients and tools. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Cook the pasta
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until translucent. Add diced tofu and cook until golden brown.
Combine ingredients
Add the cooked spinach to the skillet, followed by cream and Parmesan. Mix well and let simmer for a few minutes. Finally, add the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
