Classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Gather all ingredients and prepare a pot of boiling water for the spaghetti. Chop garlic and parsley finely.

Cook the Spaghetti
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Aglio e Olio Sauce
In a pan, heat olive oil and add sliced garlic and chili pepper. Cook over medium heat until garlic is golden, being careful not to burn it.
Combine and Serve
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the garlic oil, tossing to coat. Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
