Baked Pasta with Spinach and Cheese
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly with oil.
Ingredients:
Sauté Spinach and Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Cook Pasta and Mix with Cheese
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and combine with the cooked spinach and cheese. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Bake the Pasta
Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish. Pour milk over the top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serve your baked pasta hot, garnished with extra grated cheese and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
