Chicken Parmesan

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare breadcrumbs if needed for coating the chicken.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast
300 grams
Cheese
100 grams
Tomato
150 grams
Olive oil
30 grams

Prepare the Chicken

Chicken breast
300 grams
Olive oil
30 grams

Coat 300g of chicken breast with 30ml of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and dredge in breadcrumbs if using.

Bake the Chicken

Cheese
100 grams
Tomato
150 grams

Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove, top with 150g of diced tomatoes and 100g of cheese, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Serve Hot

Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with pasta or a fresh salad. Chicken Parmesan can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven.
