Classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Get your pot of water boiling and have all ingredients ready for this quick dish!
Ingredients:
Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Prepare the Aglio e Olio Sauce
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add thinly sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
Serve and Garnish
Plate the spaghetti and finish with chopped parsley, then serve immediately.
