Classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Gather all ingredients and prepare to boil the pasta in salted water.
Ingredients:
Cook the Pasta
Boil salted water in a large pot. Add 200g of pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
Prepare the Sauce
In a pan, heat 50ml of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté until golden brown, then toss in the drained pasta. Mix well and add reserved pasta water for desired creaminess.
Finish and Serve
Toss in 30g of grated Parmesan and fresh 10g parsley, mixing until creamy and well combined. Plate the dish and serve immediately.

Serve hot, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley. This dish can be made in minutes, so enjoy it fresh! If there are leftovers, store them in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
