Cherry Blackberry Crumble
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it with butter.

Prepare the Fruit
In a bowl, mix the cherries and blackberries with sugar. Toss well until the fruit is evenly coated.
Make the Crumble Topping
In another bowl, combine flour, oat flakes, and cold butter. Use your fingers to crumble the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Assemble and Bake
Spread the fruit mixture in the prepared baking dish, then sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
