Pasta with Garlic and Olive Oil

Start by boiling a pot of salted water for the pasta. Make sure all your ingredients are prepped and ready to use!

Ingredients:

Pasta
200 grams
Olive oil
60 grams
Garlic
5 grams
Parsley
5 grams
Cheese
20 grams

Cook the Pasta

Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of the pasta water before draining.

Prepare the Garlic Oil

Parsley
5 grams
Cheese
20 grams

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add cooked pasta to the pan, tossing it with garlic oil. If needed, add reserved pasta water to coat the noodles well.

Finish and Serve

Remove from heat, add chopped parsley and cheese. Toss everything together and serve immediately.

Serve the pasta warm, drizzled with more olive oil and a sprinkle of cheese and fresh parsley for garnish. Store leftover pasta in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
