Creamy Garlic Chicken with Rice

Before starting, gather all ingredients and utensils. Prepare a pot for cooking rice and a skillet for the chicken. Chop the onion and garlic finely.

Cook the chicken and aromatics

In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of olive oil. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened. Then, add the chicken legs and sear them until golden brown on all sides.

Make the creamy sauce

Once the chicken is browned, lower the heat and add butter. Allow it to melt, then pour in the milk and mix in the Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
