Chicken Stir-Fry with Broccoli

Prepare all ingredients ahead of time. Cut the chicken into thin slices and chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Gather all the ingredients you will need.

Heat the Oil


In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add Chicken

Add the sliced chicken breast to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until browned.
Add Broccoli and Garlic


Add the chopped broccoli and minced garlic to the skillet, stir-frying for another 3 minutes until the broccoli is bright green.
Soy Sauce Addition

Pour in the soy sauce and stir everything together, cooking for another 2 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
Enjoy!
Serve hot over rice or noodles. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Garnish with sesame seeds for added crunch.
