Herb-infused Chicken with Lemon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather your herbs and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breast in this marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Bake the Chicken
Place the marinated chicken breast on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
