Cook the Macaroni

In a pot, bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Prepare Shrimp and Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
