Chocolate Banana Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by lightly greasing it.
Ingredients:
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Melt the butter and add it to the bananas. Beat in the sugar and egg until well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, cacao powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir in the chopped chocolate bar.
Combine Mixtures and Bake
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the bread cool before slicing. Serve it warm or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. You can also enhance it with a dusting of powdered sugar or a spread of butter when serving.
