Sauté the Chicken

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent. Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and cook until fully cooked, around 10 minutes.

Assemble and Bake

Cheese

Tomato

In a baking dish, place a tortilla, fill with the chicken mixture, add cheese, roll it up, and repeat. Top with tomato and cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
