Classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Prepare your ingredients by finely slicing the garlic and chopping the parsley. Boil water for the pasta.
Ingredients:
Cook the Pasta
Boil a large pot of salted water. Add 200g of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and then drain.
Sauté the Garlic
In a large pan, heat 50ml of olive oil over low heat. Add 5 thinly sliced garlic cloves and sauté until golden, being careful not to burn.
Combine and Serve
Add the drained pasta to the pan along with reserved pasta water, 10g of chopped parsley, and 5g of red pepper flakes. Toss well, then serve immediately.

Serve with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley and a dash of red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
