Classic Spaghetti Carbonara
Prepare your pasta and have all ingredients ready before you start cooking for a smooth process.
Ingredients:
Cook the Pasta
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
Prepare the Sauce
Whisk eggs with grated parmesan and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
Combine Everything
In a large pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Add drained pasta and removed from heat. Quickly mix in the egg mixture, adding pasta water to achieve creaminess.
Enjoy!
Serve hot with a sprinkle of extra cheese and freshly cracked black pepper. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
