Italian Beef and Spinach Pasta Bake
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with butter.
Ingredients:
Sauté the Beef
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened. Next, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Spinach
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare Pasta
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
Combine and Bake
Mix the beef and spinach mixture with the cooked pasta. Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
